What replacing the root actually buys
When a tooth is lost, the bone that held it begins to remodel because nothing is loading it any more. An implant restores that load. That is the structural argument, and it is the reason implants are usually described as the closest thing to the original.
The visible benefit is simpler: the teeth on either side of the gap are never prepared. Nothing sound is cut to solve a problem it did not cause.
The clinic publishes the implant at US$599, and implant with pillar and crown at US$990. Bone grafting, when a case needs it, is quoted separately after examination.
THE TIMELINE
Why this one takes longer
The fixture has to integrate with the bone before it can carry a tooth, and that is biology rather than scheduling. It is the reason an implant case cannot be compressed into the same window as a veneer case.
For a patient flying in, that usually means the treatment is planned across two visits, or the interim is managed with a temporary. Confirm your own sequence with the clinic before booking flights — the clinic's published advice is to settle the plan and the aftercare first.
